TWO THINGS SET ME APART
I don’t use machines. I use my hands, and I sharpen knives freehand using Japanese water stones both natural and synthetic. It’s the only way to treat a good knife.
And like the family doctor of long ago, I make house calls. I drive a high-top van with a fully equipped shop in the back, and I come to you and, on site, make your knives sharper than new, guaranteed.
